The waters spring from the sources at a constant temperature of 37.5°C and feed two pools, one of which dates back to the 14th century.
The thousand-year history of the Pieve has always been linked to the use of a hot water spring at 37.5°C with great properties, called the Santa Maria dell’Aquila bath.
The Residence consists of 40 housing units: 30 apartments and 10 villas built around the Pieve and the springs.
