The first and most current is the brand new relaxation area that will enhance the Sorano thermal complex. Inaugurated just a few days ago, the new relaxation area is a spacious and comfortable space made available to all customers especially for the winter period, when the relaxing garden and the surrounding park cannot be used. As the owner of the Terme, Luciano, explains directly, – this new area was conceived two years ago, specifically to allow all our clients during the autumn and winter periods to have a relaxation space where they can regenerate in peace after our treatments and wellness services. “Covid-19,” Luciano emphasizes, “has required adjustments and extensions to the already scheduled work, which in fact has prolonged the creation of this space that for some days now is available to all customers of the facility.” Surrounded by nature that seems to gently caress the entire thermal complex, this relaxation area is a space that transmits peace and tranquility not only through sight, but also thanks to the complimentary services provided: the wide selection of relaxing and rejuvenating herbal teas with dedicated space, ambient music specially designed for this area, magazines and newspapers for reading in complete relaxation, sun loungers and comfortable seating to fully enjoy the services offered. Additionally, in this brand new 120 sqm space, there will be an expert operator ready to satisfy requests and curiosities.
The guests, in addition to providing useful information on the new aesthetic line of the Terme di Sorano, which includes a wide range of products exclusively based on thermal water. Another novelty that enriches the range of thermal products present in the facility and that will be displayed right in the new relaxation area with a dedicated showcase. With the inauguration of the internal relaxation area, a new piece occupies the puzzle of modernization that the property has long planned, to equip its facility with all the best comforts that a cutting-edge thermal complex can have. In addition to this new elegant and relaxing location, and the new and exclusive aesthetic line with products based on thermal water, the Sorano thermal complex has another important expansion on its schedule. Starting from November 2nd, in fact, as announced on the website, the facility will be closed until November 17th for extraordinary maintenance work, to which some interventions in the dining room will be added. As the property anticipates, during the maintenance period, restyling interventions will be carried out in the dining room where expansions are planned to accommodate an increasing number of customers in the most appropriate way. In recent years, in fact, customer requests have increased, and the dining area, where fresh and fragrant breakfasts, light lunches, and dinners based on typical products are served, needed larger spaces to ensure the right privacy and intimacy for every customer. The November shutdown will thus also be used for this purpose, with an intervention that is not too invasive but useful for refreshing the dining area with a restyling of the furnishings and an expansion of the spaces. In such a delicate moment, where the post-lockdown imposes caution on investments, which have become increasingly prohibitive due to price increases recorded in every economic segment, the Sorano thermal complex is moving against the trend, with improvement interventions and investments that cast optimism on a sector that, like many others, is experiencing significant difficulties.
